How it Works

CoreUncap bridges the gap between local system management and cloud AI. The lightweight desktop client reads your CPU temperature, GPU temperature, frequency, and load in real-time using LibreHardwareMonitor and WMI.

These numeric sensor readings are sent securely to our cloud backend which computes the optimal CPU frequency cap for your specific hardware, then instructs the client to apply it via Windows Power API.
