Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CoreUncap software or visiting coreuncap.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoreUncap is an AI-powered thermal optimization service for Windows laptops and desktops. The desktop application reads hardware sensor data and communicates with our cloud AI to dynamically adjust CPU performance parameters, reducing thermal throttling without hardware modifications.

System requirement: Windows 10 or later (64-bit).

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Daily Plans: Grant a daily hour allowance that resets at midnight IST. Unused daily hours do not carry over to the next day.
• Bulk Packages: Grant a fixed total hour balance with no daily limit, valid for 30 days from purchase.
• Top-Up Hours: Extra hours purchased for Daily Plan users. These hours are added to a reserve balance and expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. CoreUncap does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current one expires.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the service, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@coreuncap.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the CoreUncap software or API.
• Attempt to manipulate, forge, or bypass the AI credit/hour tracking system.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service on hardware not owned or authorized by you.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell access to the service without written authorization.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Hardware Safety

CoreUncap operates entirely in software and does not modify BIOS settings, firmware, voltage regulators, or any hardware components. All adjustments are made at the operating system level and are fully reversible. While our software is designed to operate within safe thermal boundaries, CoreUncap Inc. is not liable for pre-existing hardware defects or damage caused by external factors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CoreUncap does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific performance expectations. Actual improvements vary by hardware configuration and usage conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreUncap Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
